SLOVENI
Amici e bandiere uniti insieme: Italiani e Sloveni condividono il colore bianco universale della pace e della inclusione, il rosso appassionato dell’amore e del fuoco. Che cosa ci rende diversi è il colore verde delle pianure e colline italiane e il colore blu dei fiumi sloveni.
11 aprile 2019: incontro di due classi seconde, una dell’ISIS Malignani e una del liceo Preseren, per osservare insieme la costa istriana e le saline slovene e scoprire che l’uomo può abitare questo ambiente marino e vivere in armonia con esso ricavando il proprio sostentamento grazie al sale.
Pirano è una ridente località costiera che si affaccia sul mare blu dell’Adriatico e offre al turista spiagge rocciose, ottimo pesce e suggestivi luoghi di ristoro. La storica piazza in stile veneziano ha al centro la statua del violinista Giuseppe Tartini che ricorda la passione degli Sloveni per la musica e il canto. Le stradine medioevali che si inerpicano fino alla chiesa di St George meritano una passeggiata. La vista dall’alto sulla baia di Pirano è stupenda.

11th April 2019: Transnational meeting Malignani & Preseren in Pirano, Slovenia
Friends and flags are united: Italians and Slovenians share the universal white of peace and inclusiveness and the passionate red of love and fire. What makes us different is the colour green, which represents Italy’s plains and hills, and the colour blue, symbol of water. Slovenia is in fact the richest country in Europe of rivers.
On 11thApril 2019, the 19thmeeting of the trasnational project “Biodiversity: the Importance of being Different” took place in Slovenia. 2C LSA “ A. Malignani” and class 2 “ F. Preseren” met for the day to continue their project of observation of the natural landscape and the human-friendly presence. The program started with the guided tour of Secovlje Salina Nature Park and ended in Pirano on the Istrian peninsula.
Charming coastal town, Piran is surrounded by the torquaise sea and offers rocky beaches, seafood restaurants and lots of sightseeing. It is a gem of Venetian Gothic architecture, especially the main square named after the Piran-born violinist Giuseppe Tartini whose statue greets you when you enter the square. Walking up the narrow medioeval streets we got to St George’s Church on the hill, from where we could admire the imposing defensive walls and the enchanting Piran’s harbor.
